The reason I'm asking is a have been considering the e-juices I've been mixing 100% vg since the nic I buy is in a vg base, and then I use pure vg to cut it. Then there is a little distilled water, and about 15% flavoring. I've known that the flavoring has a pg carrier, but for some reason I just considered that a very minimal carrier. Someone just wrote to me and mentioned that my e-juices were more likely to be about 15% pg if my flavors were added at 15% of the mix (I haven't had any reactions to them as yet, so they're probably okay for me... still I'd like to know)... the problem is I'm not really sure what the make up of base to actual flavor is in the flavorings from for example TFA. I always thought it was largely flavoring. I mean if it were say 90% base then really it's e-juice without nicotiene. LOL the fact that it is so strong, and can be cut into 85% base mix to make an e-juice would say to me not much of the flavoring is actually pg.

I hope all this made sense.

If that amount of PG might be causing a problem for you, you could try Vaping Zone Super Concentrates (I think Ecigexpress have similar) and they're alcohol based and usually used at around 2.5%. I don't like to use much flavoring as they give me a problem and I have a drawer full of unused TFA flavors because they require such a high percentage. :-(

Wow, thanks for the info guys. The flavorings haven't been giving me a problem. I think it only seems to become a problem with juices that are in the 50/50 range. I bought some of that way back a few years ago when I first started vaping and I had a problem with those. I've had some juices that I bought since that were 30% pg and didn't bother me much, at most I might get a little itchy around the eyes if I vape that exclusively all day long. The juices I've been making haven't given me a problem even when used all day long. I just wanted to know so I don't make the wrong statements when saying what I have (not that it's for sale or anything, it's just for me).

I'll still have to check out the vaping zone flavors just to see how they compare in the future. Thanks for the heads up.
