LMAO like the cat picture alicewonderland ! Semper Fi to you Maseratilife89! I don't have a Maserati but I did work on M-60's and Amtrack lol

0311 here buddy :)
Got out after 4 (got hurt to boot) but I absolutely loved it. I miss it a lot actually. But became a O/O over the road trucker afterwards and never looked back. The Marines was an experience that I'll always embrace, enjoy, and be proud of.

I started to run again 1.5 miles a day with a warm up of regular carido for 30 min prior to the run while I smoked. It was really rough I would be completely be out of breath, really sweating which I just thought was do to the exercise, and my face was always beat red. Once I started vaping keeping the same routine as before I wasn't sweating as much, was never out of breath even when I pushed myself to run a bit faster, and my face was never as red as before.
I was able to get my run time down by 8 minutes. I truly believe a lot of credit is due to me vaping.

Feel the burn! And I'm feeling it lol. Second run of the year and pushed up from 2 miles to 3 miles today. Lungs are great! You know I can't do anything normal. Instead of starting off slow and working my way back up I always have to push the limit. I have no patience ! I want to get right back up to 5 miles then 10 ! At least since vaping (that's the point of this) the breathing and lungs are a thousand percent better ! Legs are going to hurt for a litle till the muscles get used to it again. Even with vaping I had to jump right to the best equipment and go to the extreme. Oh well at least I'm alive and able to do this. If I were still smoking like I was I'd probably be on the verge of COPD or something. Well, Everyone have a nice day ! Maybe we can make this a Vape and get fit thread ? Show the non believers that vaping is really better than smoking !
