average daily use I use a reo in one pocket and a kayfun 3.1es in the other. both are modded and both are run as electronic variable wattage. both are very good but I'd def say that if my life depended on it and I had to throw one away it would be the kayfun, only because the reo is more consistent and fool proof. reo is #1 and the kayfun is #2

the difference is auto feed VS manual feed. when you get the kayfun dialed in right then the auto feed can be really great but, it can also be finicky and take a lot of trial and error to get everything right to have the auto feed actually work good.

auto feed is great when it works correctly and not so much when it don't. manual feed on the other hand is much more simple and foolproof. it always feeds when you squonk and always retracts the excess, always providing a well saturated but not flooded vape. to achieve the same in the kayfun takes a lot more tinkering and perfecting your setup, especially if you're the type to like 15-20 watt+ vapes, the kayfun stock works and feeds really well at very low power levels but having it work and feed well at higher power levels is increasingly tricky as the power goes up. at 7-11 watts the kayfun works great, up to 12,13 or 14 watts or so it's still manageable but more finicky and picky about wicking setup and at and over 15 watts it's increasingly difficult and problematic. it's not always that it won't wick that high but it won't wick well enough to give a reliable fully saturated vape consistently without some modification. the good thing is, once you find your ideal setup and "tune" it then becomes much easier and more consistent.

if you have a lot of patience and don't mind tinkering and trial and error and dialing it in to you, then the kayfun can really be an awesome vape, fully automatic, no squonking, just pull it out of your pocket and vape. flavor and vapor can really be top notch when dialed in. on the other hand if you are looking for fool proof and simple in comparison then the reo is without a doubt the better choice so I'd say get the reo over the kayfun, but then adding a kayfun later to the mix can be a good idea too. I only use original svoemesto stuff though, and both the 3.1es and the kayfun mini have really been awesome vapes for me, especially when I don't want to squonk. can't say anything about the "lite" versions which leave out the fill port and the side adjustable airflow and the reserve catch, nor can I say anything about the clones, personally I'd rather have one real deal kayfun than 10 clones but I guess everyone has there own opinion towards that :)

if you have neither, I'd def say reo first as long as you can live with the form factor

*months later* that seals it. I'm ordering a REO tomorrow.

ha, and months later I can honestly say that my kayfun is now officially just collecting dust. I'll never get rid of it and I do still think it's a really nice vape, but bottom feeders are just where it's at for me atm and I've added a few more reo's to the stable. the kayfun has went from being #2 to just staying at home sitting on a rack. once in a while I may wick it and use it for a day or 2 but not often anymore... I just can get 100% perfect vape 100% of the time with my bottom feeders and changing a wick or juice is a 15 second deal, it's like the energizer bunny, it just keeps going and going and going with only a quick nascar style pit stop here and there to rewick or refill

REO Grand LP and LP Reomizer 2 ordered today, along with spare parts, bottles, batteries and chargers. The sad thing is I think the REO will arrive before the batteries so I'll just have to sit and gawk at it for a few days. haha. I do have some 18650 batteries, but they're like 3800 mah, so I'm not sure if I could use them in the interim.
