Just wondering. With both my Kangers M3 & T3, all I ever did was take them from their wrapping, filled and vaped. I have some evod's arriving next week.

I'm pretty new to all this and I was wondering if what I' m doing with these clearo's is fine, or if others are preparing their 's somehow before filling for the first time, like dry burning first or washing or some other procedure I'm not aware of.

Thanks

I haven't prepped mine in the past, and have only noticed a slight plastic taste for the first few hits off a new clearo, even though I have seen plenty of advice to wash them out first (I've been using T3's and T3 mini's lately). Today, I got new EVOD's, and it was the first time I ever had to dump a new clearo of juice to go back and wash it out first. I certainly learned my lesson!

Hate to hear of your bad experience with your first new evod. Just wondering, if you had it to do over again, what would have done differently, just clean the evod? What is your cleaning procedure and how long do you wait after cleaning before you use it. As mentioned, I'm new and I don't want to ruin a new clearo. Thanks.

I just take the base off, rinse both the base and tank thoroughly with hot water, then shake the water out, blot the wick, and fill. The first couple of puffs are pretty watery and flavorless, but hey, I'm impatient! That's pretty much my same routine when I'm changing flavors, as well, unless the previous flavor is very strong and different than what I'm changing to. That takes some soaking in hot water or vodka.

Thanks for the sympathy on the EVOD :) . I've got it going this morning, and it's fantastic!
