does anyone use a passthrough in thier car?

I have, but I use an adapter that's 2 amps. It works like a charm and I love it!
I used to use my old 510 passthrough in my car when I was on the road all day, but now my daily commute is down to 8 miles one way and I am using an eGo, so there is no need for it any more.
Great idea! If I can get to a point where I'm happy with my passthrough, I'll def try this. Right now, though, the flavor on the passthrough is different than the flavor on a battery, so I'm still having conversion issues.
The flavor on your PT is probably different because of the voltage. What PT and regular PV are you using?
Oh, I'm sure it is. I just need to find a flavor I like better on the PT. I just have some chinese KR808d-2 passthrough. Batteries are some chinese brand KR808d-2. So it's definitely a difference in voltage.
I use a 2amp also.

I enjoy using a 5v passthrough with a one amp lighter usb converter on longer drives. No problem after two months of steady use.
YES! One of the things I love about my Inferno-T is that it comes with a passthru battery that also allows you to put a cap on the end and use it as a regular e-cig. And, it charges my e-cig while I'm vaping!!!!
