I had to wait a week once while a vaping stand was at customs and they chucked a £12 customs fee on it but i got it in the end and that was the longest i have ever had to wait - Ive never had a problem where something was ceased and not delivered. Maybe give it a couple more days and try contacting HMRC

thanks ; > HMRC is only for the UK.. i dunno if Canada customs can help me haha..

it's been
"International item has left originating country and is en route" since June 10th.. so almost 2 weeks.. ; <

I had a similar issue occur recently as well. Ordered a KFL+, ohm meter, i2 charger and 2 VCT5's from the US. I was getting regular tracking updates up until Friday (13th) evening and then the tracking on Canada Post went dead. Tracking on USPS showed it cleared customs but CP could not find any information on it. It arrived later that week and CP updated once it had been delivered.

Another order (infinite 4nine) showed customs clearance on the USPS site but CP only showed sent for further processing this past Friday but it took until this morning for CP to update the status saying "Item processed".

Canada Post is being extremely slow with their updates and generally wonky as of late.

Some observations, if I may, from painful experience on a number of mods.

CBSA puts it into either their "don't know pile" or pick it out at random "for further examination by HC pile". One of two results with respect to mods: Turns it over to HC who can't do a thing about it (as long as there is no Juice involved) or releases it. Either way they have to release after 42 days.

Remember they cannot stop it from coming into the country, call them. The only downside is if the pricing is stamped all over the they will hit you with HST and if the manufactured origin is outside the US them duty as well.

Do I call them even if nic juice is involved? Would I get charged or put on some sort of list?

Nothing to loose pulp, you can argue that HC has no jurisdiction as nicotine is regulated under the Consumer and (forget what else) but they are humourless people and are a law unto themselves. In the future and I realize this is expensive but have the juice and the mod shipped separately
