I am dealing with the same issue. I have used the contact form on their website, emailed them at both their support and info email addresses, and tried 3 or 4 times to chat with them. The first chat session was in Chinese and the chat ended after I requested someone that spoke English. The second chat session I had someone that spoke poor English and they could not understand what I was trying to explain. so, they asked me to video the problem I was having and email it to
support@innokin.com. After not hearing back from them I tried chat again and I was told "I was slept just now, too late here so i will go to bed soon. wish you understand." then they closed the chat session. It is pure luck to catch them when their chat support is open. I am very disappointed with their customer service! I have a VTR, MVP, 4 iClear 30s, an iClear xi, and have been planning to purchase a 134 but am rethinking that decision now.
