I don't know that I'll ever stick to any flavor, so I see my buying spree continuing until I try juices from every vendor. Eventually, I will zero in on my favorites and stop spending so much money! I'll say right now, I've tried a couple of vendors and DIYFlavorShack makes some delicious fruity flavors. I've tried some from other vendors that are just too unbearably sweet for my tastes.

That was the question i have for myself before i got my provari & reo grand. I've found what i'm looking for. Then the 'must have the latest hottest thingy' urges stopped. If you have found your perfect pv, i think you'll stop too. And buying a monthly supply of cartos & e-liquids is a normal behaviour, IMHO.

I've only been in the vape club for 1 month and I think I've spent nearly $300. But with the 510s, I should be good for a while. Hmmm on second thought, there are a lot of options for 510s! Also I haven't found my juice yet. Which menthol juices do you like the most?

But back to your doctor. So he actually recommended vaping? Just a couple of questions.
What is his experience with e-cigs?
And did he say anything or have any warnings about the different types of e-liquid?

My doctor knew how to stay on the safe side of the line. She didn't overtly recommend vaping. She told me that a few of her patients who had tried every other method to quit smoking had some success when they tried vaping. She suggested that I look into it, knowing that I would research it.

i don't even want to know what i have spent on vaping related purchase but, i would spend it again and more because if it lets me breathe, taste and smell again then every penny well spent

Couldn't agree with you more, me being able to run around or at least be around for my 4yr old son 20yrs down the line is priceless if i had to spend 2x as much as cigs to find something that worked i would have. I'm just lucky to only be spending 1/2 of what i would have on analogs, and all that saved money is going in a jar for a Disneyland trip for him at the end of next school year !!!!! way more fun than stinky cigs in my opinion:) And the best part is i will be able to breath while roaming the park, something i never though would happen

I went through the must try every juice from every vendor phase too it just a phase it will pass, I settled in with DIY and don't buy vendor juice anymore I still have a big box of vendor juice that I never vape

Unfortunately I am like a magpie when it comes to technology lol so I kind of hone in on it! so in short will I stop buying......Nope :) Im a sucker for punishment when it comes to new shiny gadgets and especially with my PV gadgets! I LOOOOVE them! (my other half is not so happy as she thinks its a waste of money, yet she still lights up a analog throughout the day!)

I'm trying to be really strict with myself, worked out that this month (my first month) I will have broken even so as yet, no savings but I do keep looking at all the pretty pretty shiney shiney and feel that this is going to turn into an obsession that will rival my hubby's (he's a gadgetaholic and mad on gaming). Next month I'm going to buy exactly the same again so will give me another complete set up (identical so all will fit together) along with more spares, cartos and juice but I have made a deal with myself to treat myself to a fat bat system for using at work when I get to 4 months and learn more about what I need/want but it is getting harder to resist LOL
I just keep a picture of the big boy bed I want to get my little boy since he is outgrowing his toddler bed with my credit card and so far it is encouraging me to resist and save for him.

Hi, My name is Huffelpuff and - I'm a mod-a-holic. Perpetually broke and saying to myself "now I'm done, that's the last one."

Every time I think I'm done I find something that I can't resist and sell my existing PV at a little bit of a loss, however, I look at this like a hobby. I enjoy it - I don't smoke and, quite frankly, I'm worth it :)

To add my 2 cents, like a lot of others we've quickly forgotten how much analog cancer sticks used to cost us daily. Try putting $12/day in a jar (DON'T CHEAT!) which is what a pack and a half used to cost me, and see how fast it adds up. For me it was almost scary looking at all that money .........'Did I really waste THAT much every day to cough and smell that badly?'!!!! Never again. Now my wife WANTS to kiss me and be close to me (among other things!) and that suits me just fine. Besides the bags of money you'll now have is the cash to buy important things you should have been buying, and yeah, more vaping stuff if you want. Don't feel guilty! Adding a little here and there to your pile of PV's to me is just another reward for getting smart and joining the wonderful world of vaping! (OK to puke now...........)

So far since joining ECF I have purchased a ridiculously expensive e-cig (elusion) then a 510 starter kit, about 6 x 10ml bottles of various juices and today I recieved my ego starter kit!! I think I found my ultimate PV so my future purchases will only hopefully be replacement parts when I need them and more flavours. All that in just 3 weeks!! I still haven't spent more (only just) than I would have on analogues!

Does buying ever stop? Pfffttt...NOPE!!! My debit card screams bad names it me. I told myself that I wasn't going to purchase another thing...pffftttt...ECF needs to get rid of the classies...vendors need to go under....and inventors need to stop inventing new toys and gadgets...THEN I might be able to stop buying.

As i explained to my wife, We BOTH will live longer and get to enjoy a healthier lifestyle since we've stopped smoking. Almost 275$ a month for analogs. Only 130 spent on e-cigs in two months. She was mad until she found Chocolate Truffle and Summer Peach. So her gripeing has slowed a LOT. I'm looking forward to tax season to start my mod collection

Thanks!

Not only have I discovered that I am not the only one with an ever expanding juice and equipment collection, but I have learned some new ways to help justify it to my wife. "But honey, you always told me I should find a hobby..."

The bottom line is that whatever it costs to keep away from analogs is worth it.
