Does it mean real lemon juice?

Hey all good to be here...
I just saw this recipie ...
Strawberry Cheesecake 14% New York Cheesecake 8% Sweet Strawberry 1.5% Marshmallow 2% Lemon juice 2% Ethyl Maltol
My question is does it mean real lemon juice? These are all supposed to be capella flavors... but i didnt see that they have a lemon juice flavoring...
Would appreciate some knowledge ..can i put real lemon juice in an ejuice recipie??

I have seen several recipes that call for lemon juice (citric acid). Folks use the plastic bottle type sparingly to pop fruit flavors. Citric acid can be bought in crystal form, like EM, and used in 10% solution. Although, other people will say it isn't all that necessary.

Apple cider vinegar is another food substance used in recipes.

Since I'm not sure where you saw that recipe it's quite possible whoever posted it meant to type "Juicy Lemon" and their phone auto-corrected it to "lemon juice". Hard to say, just a thought because there is a Cap flavor called Juicy Lemon.

And, because 2% pure lemon juice seems a bit high - mostly it's used as just a drop or two per 10ml.

Thx... i guess ill find out if it was high in a bit ... allready made the recipe but next time ill probably make sure to use it as you said ...a drop or two per 10.

Yeah. I did a casual cruise and saw .5% lemon juice was the norm. Although, one had 3%.

Oh no, Was just posting that Cap has a couple of lemons. Personally I would start at .25. Lemon sicily does fade over time thou but 2% is quite a bit
