Does anyone use TFA Lemon flavor to make fruit-lemonade juice?
If so then what percentage do you use it at and how does it taste compared to real lemonade/vendor lemonade juices?
I was thinking maybe mixing a batch with-
3-5% TFA blackberry
3-5% TFA Lemon
5-10% Ethyl maltol solution
1% Sour
I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks of the lemon flavor and what strength other people use it at before I make a test batch. Thanks in advance!
