My mom vaped 36 for the first few weeks until she got off cigs. She quickly dropped down, not really trying but if you listen to your body, lots of people do.

This might also be an option for you.

If you search (and I'll try looking in a bit) there are quite a few posts regarding this in the e-liquid section.

Thanks, I gotta get away from these sticks, Its killing me....

What kind of Pv do you have? Higher voltage and high nic might get you over the hump and do the trick. I have never vaped WTA so I can't say from experience but many people here have said that has helped them as well.

How long have you been vaping? Give yourself some time. Some people quit immediately, other's reduce gradually. I understand you want to quit but don't put a huge amount of pressure on yourself. Eventually most people find they like vaping more than smoking. As long as you get the combo that's satisfying.

It helped me not to have my fav brand of cigs around.

**CAUTION**
Just be aware of what you are doing and DON'T get distracted especially when filling with Nicotine. You don't want to accidentally add a double dose of Nic.
I can relate to that

That's why I'd probably just check some suppliers and order a higher nicotine liquid until you're more comfortable.

Google is amazing....
Just found a seller 5 mile down the road that i never new existed and they have a tabacco flavor of 36mg
Go figure that one out. e-cig inc here i come.
Now can i mix that with a flavor or an extract of my choice? Pretty sure its doable. probably dillute the nic though right?

Try the 36 mg. If it's too high, you can add a few drops of VG from a local Walmart to reduce the nicotine. Maybe try a 1.7 or 2.0 carto too. Lower voltage will give you a warmer vape. You don't have to use them all the time, maybe just in the morning. Clearos are easier but they can mute the taste a bit.

You might want to pick up a twist or a spinner (variable voltage) battery. They're also 510 batteries and you can charge them with your ego charger.

OK I will ask them for a 1.7 carto. Why would i change voltage all the time? is it for different vapor?
I am a dummy.....I think they have a varible volt batt. is that the one with a digital display? It says it also counts the number of puffs takin in.

Some do both- count puffs and change voltage. If higher nicotine doesn't help, an option is higher voltage (warmer vape).

Like I said, I had an inexpensive box mod for those times, now they've come out with a lot more affortable variable voltage mods or pvs to try.

Up the nicotine a bit first and see if that helps.

Thanks, Im going down in the morning and see what they have to offer. at this point money is not an object. I simply want to quit
the sticks all together and have a happy vapor with satisfying nic results that i dont seem to have at this point.
