Paypal will freeze the account of the vendor. They do not let any seller use their services if they sell anything that has to do with e-cigarettes or e-liquid. I know of only one vendor that will accept paypal but you have to e-mail them first to make arrangements.

From Fasttech FAQ's..

PayPal supports guest checkout. Simply enter your billing address and credit card information to complete an order. You may optionally create a PayPal password for speeding up future orders

PayPal is a globally trusted payment clearing service. By using PayPal to pay, your financial information such as credit card numbers and billing address are kept private and secure -- your information cannot be seen by one else (even the merchant).

For more information, please see PayPal on Wikipedia and PayPal's website.

PayPal is a trusted third party payment processor, owned by eBay. Paypal protects your financial information during transactions.

PayPal on Wikipedia

When you checkout via PayPal, FastTech only sees your shipping address and optionally a telephone number if you explicitly wish to share with us

Their USA toll free phone number is 1-888-221-1161

Ecigs and Eliquids are not prohibited... there is NO violation of applicable laws unless there is a county, state, or city law prohibiting the sale in the vendors geographical location, (this 1 reason some vendors may not accept paypal but their main reason is they have to pay for use of Paypal transactions and vendors would like to have more personal info about you that paypal does not provide) or the customers location...and how the heck is Paypal going to know about your ecigs and eliquid laws where U may live?..

PayPal Acceptable Use Policy

You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of PayPal's services, regardless of the purpose of the use. In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Activities
You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:

violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

relate to transactions involving (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (d) stolen goods including digital and virtual goods (e) items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime, (f) items that are considered obscene, (g) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (h) certain sexually oriented materials or services, (i) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (j) ,certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.

relate to transactions that (a) show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b) support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich quick" schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f), are associated with the sale of traveler's checks or money orders, (h) involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses, or (i) involve certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities.

involve the sales of products or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood of being fraudulent.
violate applicable laws or industry regulations regarding the sale of (a) tobacco products, or (b) prescription drugs and devices.
involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes unless the operator has obtained prior approval from PayPal and the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.

It is the vendors discretion to accept payment from Paypal or not...there are NO advantages for anybody to use Paypal if U have a valid debit card or credit card...Paypal does NOT offer any special protection other than not providing the vendor with ALL your info,, sellers and merchants never see your sensitive financial details..

PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. It's accepted by merchants everywhere, both on and off eBay. I really do not think that paypal really close the accounts for ordering eliquid but all what matters is correct legal attributions for the same.

I've been using paypal to order my eliquids for the past two weeks; no problems yet for me in the UK.

Lottsa misinformation here. PP will not allow N. American Vendors to sell Ejuice. They do allow Vendors in China and the UK to sell Ejuice. There's a U.S. Vendor that sells Ejuice BUT the transaction electronically goes thru their U.K. website. Product is then shipped from the U.S. warehouse.
Regarding PP and U.S. Vendors some do slip thru the cracks though.

I know of many people both in the US and UK customers/buyers who have had their accounts suspended due to the purchase of Ecigarettes.,,,and also know many from the UK customers who LOST paypal claims disputes against the Chinese vendors because their purchases were for ecigarettes from FasttechT in China..its not common, but does occur for some customers in the UK and in the US..

Paypal transactions listing shows exactly what you as a customer have purchased..

EBay's own policy prohibits purchase of ecigarettes, and Ebay owns Paypal...Read Ebays own "prohibited" list of products and services and U will see "ecigarettes and related materials", clearly stated..

This is all silly. Paypal takes Ebay transactions from US vendors for items such as the MVP 2 and VV3 and I have been ordering ejuice from vendors using Paypal. Where I purchase my ejuice I order via email and they send me a Paypal invoice. The invoice even has the ejuice shown as well as the nic level.
