He thinks the air we exhale can kill. So mere proximity is a deadly threat.

Well, he has already stated that he will delete any vaper comments from his UCSF tobacco-control blog.

Maybe he is afraid of the truth putting him out of business.
And in that respect, our touch can definitely kill his career, which would be the highest level of justice.
