I'm using a Segelei 30W mostly nets and they burn over 20 wattts. I simply loaded up ether vapes grape in my magma and she went all the way to 30 watts no problem. I use dual 1.5 ohm coils (0.75 ohm.)

so are you saying the juice burns? like too hot, and gets harsh? is there like black char on the coil and wick where the coil is?

If so the wick (cotton?) may be too tight in the coil and juice is not getting in there fast enough to handle the higher watts

do you mean NETS is that a tobacco flavor? I am not familiar with that but the coils sound good, and I'm sure magma gives you plenty of air, so I'm thinking the wick is not wicking fast enough...
Less cotton because cotton expands in the coil.
Or even rayon can be too tight and the tails may need to be thinned so the juice doesn't hang up in the tails.
I like KGD cotton it wicks good... you just put the right amount; so you can slide it back and forth but not too loose.

If you don't even know what a net is do some research on this site. I just find a lighter mixed ejuice does better sub-ohming thats all.

Yes, different juices have different heat tolerances via wattage and atty ohm used.

NETS especially because they tend to contain more organic particulates ( they are extractions after all) are therefore sensitive to higher temps.

The amount of PG, VG and DW will also affect temp ranges for juice.

I would expect juices with higher PG and H20 concentrations to be more tolerable to higher wattage.

Adding either of those two to your juice in very small percentages may make them more agreeable to higher wattages, although flavor will also diminish...another great reason for doing DIY.

Well this grape that did so well at high wattage was weak in flavor. that is until the watts were 30W
