Let me elaborate as a bump.

I have pre ordered the Super-T ELA. It is approximately 24 millimeters in diameter at the top cap. I like my RBAs to be close to the same diameter as my PVs.

I also prefer my RBAs to have screw tops because the slip on o ring design has been a problem for me in the past.

I had a Z Atty and once the o rings got wet, the top cap was very easily knocked loose and that made for a real pocket problem.

The original AGA T with the screw on cap would fit the bill, but it has been redesigned and replaced by the AGA T+ which now has a slip on o ring top cap.

Maybe I'm just too picky. Maybe.....

I am on the hunt for a Rebuildable Atomizer that is 24mil in diameter and also has a threaded top cap.
The only one I can find is the original AGA T, but no one stocks that anymore.

The knurled part is 22.15mm the top cap is 21.81mm.

It's a shame they aren't readily available, better than the T2 in a few ways.

Too bad the ZAP turned you off of the push-on type caps. It is infamous for being too loose.
I have a new model AGA-T and, mounted on a heavy, stainless, 18650 mechanical mod, I can shake it by the cap and it won't come off.

For the price, I may give the newer AGA-T+ a try. I hear good things about its quality.

Same here. Mounted on my ProVari with the 18650 battery in there, the top cap's just nice and firm.
Hell, I pulled it off with such fervor last night, the top cap flew across the room.

I'm partial towards the push-on caps because I can alight the air hole with the wick, or where ever I want it without sanding or modding the top cap...but I guess that's almost going against the nature of the modder's section, huh? ;)

In any case, though, it's worth mentioning that my friend's AGA-T+ rev. 2's top cap isn't quite as firm. We've remedied that by using a fatter o-ring, in combination with some sewing thread wraps beneath the o-ring. Fits like a glove. I hear you can use dental floss as well.

If you decide to give it a try, best of luck! If it doesn't work out, or you don't like it for whatever reason, I'm sure you'll be able to stick it on the classifieds without taking much of a loss.

It's kinda funny how too heavy (for no good reason) and shiny is somehow quality. That the T+ has gone to a shorter pos post (it was already too short), smaller and harder yet to handle post nuts (they needed to go larger, not smaller) and a smaller wick hole should also factor into 'quality'.

But it looks nicer? :)
