Do you really think the General Public is going to care enough to check whether an image on a powerpoint is current? Most of the posters in this thread didn't.

Yes... Yes they Will.

If you Don't think Some people are going to Counter the Statements that Lawmakers make during the Deeming Hearings, you are Wrong.

I'm frantically searching for baby bottle nipples that can be affixed to the top of joose bottles. I'm thinking of coming out with my own line. Without the proper lid, it's a no go, though.
The first vendor to do that is going to score big and become huge.

I think people need to Wake Up. And to Understand that Very Shortly, the Future of e-Cigarettes is Going to be Decided. Decided by People who are on Record for Frothing at the Mouth when the Slightest Perception of Marketing to Children has Come Up.
And yet this is entirely true.

I'd say they're stashing nic.
Or loading their weapons.

Except they don't want it purged from the earth they just want a piece of the pie.
There are many that stand against us that want electronic cigarettes purged from the earth.

They weren't able to get that done, but they'll keep trying to do the next best thing.
Make them useless.

Go look at the stillblowingbs website, "Industry giant Blu gets in on the candy flavor game with 'Vivid Vanilla' and 'Cherry Crush'

I can't post an image atm, my work network blocks the site, but they're standard blu packaging, Black box, picture of a vanilla flower, and a cherry. nary a cartoon or adolescent character in sight. They also feature in the first image, a bedazzled ego. You can rationally say, yes these certain things could be perceived as "marketing to youth." They don't think rationally, they grasp for as many straws as possible.

That's easy to fix, just don't allow opposing views to be presented, like the FDA did in their recent 'Open Meetings'.

That's kind of the same argument they tried to use against Larry Flint when he depicted Santa Clause with his penis in his hand.

Now there would be a Good Spokesman for e-Cigarettes.

If we had Larry Flint on our side, we might actually have a chance...

Pro and Moderate e-Cigarette use Lawmakers will have there Chance to have their Say during the Deeming Hearings.

Unlike those Workshop "Infomommercials" the FDA is doing against e-Cigarettes.

I think it is human nature to speak out when you see something that makes you think the thing you love to do may be in danger because of said thing. I know I have hit the panic button more then once myself before I reminded myself that there is so little that I am actually in control of outside my own actions. Lessifer pretty much summed it up by pointing out that we could continue to jump through hoops to try to make ANTZ happy or but they will just put up another hoop. So many dangerous things are packaged in pretty packages, but people are supposed to use their heads and if they are in charge of somebody either too young or otherwise not mentally able, to safeguard them against harm. Does that mean that I think companies that make our products have no responsibility? Of course not, most companies honestly want to do the right by their customers and strive to please as many as possible. Many companies throw lots of money at market research to find out what will appeal to their customer base the most before they release their product. I also truly believe that a large majority of vape related companies out there operate with the whole community in mind. I don't want to come across as careless, but this type of thing does not raise vape jeopardizing alarms to me.

To sway public opinion in our favor. Some people don't like him, because they don't like pornography. Many people see him as a defender of civil liberties.

No Argument that if Larry Flint was our Spokesman, that he would Definitely sway Public Opinion.

Just Not Sure that is the type of Sway that Most e-Cigarette Users would Want or Appreciate.
