I currently active in marathon early this year. I used to lift weight for few years (since I start vaping in 2012). I was a smoker and already quitting for almost 2 years now.
I am struggling to improve my endurance on my running. And I believe I should be improve more than 40% of my performance before as I still doesn't managed to get my 2.4km below 12 minutes.
My current time is around 14 minutes, does this matter because of my e-ciggaratte intake?
I'm a daily vapers, I vape using dripper tanks and ussually vape around 6-7 times a day which I say 10 puff per session. I stick using on any e-liquid above 12mg of niccotine.
