If you are getting too much nicotine you will probably get a headache, lightheaded or rapid heartbeat
But if you don't feel satisfied, it may have nothing to do with the nicotine. Try a variety of juices and pay attention to the aroma and how they make you feel. Let some vapor slip out of your mouth so your nose can smell the vapor. For the first 2 months I could not vape foody/fruity juices because they left me antsy as if I had eaten and craving an analog. It didn't mean I needed more nicotine. It meant I needed different juices. I tried a bunch of tobaccos and for me the one where I said Ahhhh and felt calm and satisfied was Backwoods Brew Casablanca. I tried other Turkish blends and also liked the stronger plainer Desert Ship from FreedomSmokeUSA (which I would add vanilla, chocolate or caramelly oRYental 4 to for variety). But different people have different memories of the smell of smoking. Some people gravitate toward Honey Flue Cured, are Marlboro-alikes, or straight up Virginia type blends etc. And some people do fine on foody/fruity juices right away. You need to find what works for you.
Another part of satisfaction for many people is the TH of the juice. Nicotine's harshness is the main thing you feel hitting your throat. Juice base ratios with high PG let the throat hit through better (I.e. 70pg/30vg, 80pg/20vg etc). And some flavors have their own throat sensation (mints, menthols, spices and to a lesser extent vanilla and some liquor flavors etc)
