Same Nicotine Amount, Different Effect

Hi Everyone,

I am new to vaping. I tested two different e-juices with 3mg of nicotine. They are both from different companies. I can feel the effects of the nicotine in one more than the other. Is this okay? Can different kinds of nicotine be stronger than others, even in the same amount? In other words, it seems that 3mg of nicotine does not always feel like 3mg of nicotine.
