I've only been doing this for a couple days and I feel like vaping makes me feel "full". I also feel like my lungs are "full". Is this because I'm new? Or because I still smoke analogs? Maybe i'm doing it wrong?
I wonder if you're sucking in too much air? Also, I was reading something today that says a lot of people have issues inhaling straight to the lungs... I know that I do... I am mostly french inhaling, or holding the vapor "smoke" in my mouth for a few seconds before pulling it into the lungs. If I don't do that & try to inhale directly into the lungs, I cough!
I am a mouth person and not a lung person, even when I smoke analogs. I'll try the holding in the mouth longer technique. Maybe it will help? It only seems to be an issue once in a while so I figure either I was doing it wrong
Maybe just too much nicotine between vaping and smoking at a random guess. Would suggest that if you are still smoking and want to stop you up the nicotine strength in your liquids.
nicotine will suppress your appetite. It blocks neurotransmitters in the brain. That's why when people quit smoking they tend to add on more weight... I noticed when I cut down to the lowest does of nicotine I started always feeling hungry so I went back up again so I can lose a few more pounds lol
here I actually found a pretty good link, check it out
I use vaping kinda as a appetite suppressant. Not only does the flavor help but the effect of the nicotine. It was always a added benefit of cigarettes for me. Now that I've quit smoking vaping does the same thing.
