This was my very first order from this company in an attempt to get started in making my own e-juice. I decided to take advantage of the sale they had over the weekend which included one free dram of LorAnn's flavoring for every $20 purchased. My order consisted of a few bottles of PG, some menthol crystals, assorted dropper bottles, a measuring cup, pipettes, and 3 bottles of flavorings, one being free of course. I was really impressed with the layout of their website. It's very easy to navigate and understand. Their prices are very competitive, and their products are top notch. My order shipped out Monday morning, and I received my package yesterday, Wednesday. Talk about super fast shipping, and when I opened my package, to my surprise was a hand-written thank-you note from the owner and 2 free funnels as gifts. The customer service, and value that this company holds for their customers is absolutely outstanding and I cannot wait to do business with OneStopDIYShop.com again.

Yes folks, they've done it again! I've made my second order last week to try out the new ethyl maltol flavoring they have in stock, plus to stock up on a few other things. It wasn't a huge order, but Kimberly and Shane came through once again. Super-fast shipping, a few free gifts, a hand-written personalized thank-you note on the receipt, AND they sent us a Christmas Card!!! God Bless you both for having the most outstanding customer service out of every company I've ever dealt with in my life. I'd also like to add how great of an experience I had ordering from OneStopDIYShop.com. Not only did I get exactly what I needed for a great price (I entertained the idea of sourcing it from different websites, but the cost of shipping made no sense), but they threw in a sample of the Menthol recipe they posted about in the past (which is great BTW), and to top it all off, a hand written holiday card (which is actually hanging up on my wall with the rest of my holiday cards for this year).

Needless to say, they will be the first and last place I turn to when needing any type of mixing supplies.
