wow didnt know this was out there but signed up i also got out emails to my reps only one replied back and he acted like it wasnt a ban and he cant make a decision till it is up for a vote sounded like i cant make a decision until my wallet screams the answer

They didn't manage to fell the tree as a whole, now they're trying to starve it by whittling away at the roots, on slash at a time.

A bill here, a local ordinance here...

Any homeowner knows that ridding a house of antz-infestation is hard work...

First opening post should read "petition to STOP the ban" . I'm so thankful you all saw my booboo & took action.
There is a thread in the legislature forum discussing this stupid bill & how to fight it, by writing the REPS like Willybb mentioned & did. The more they are flooded, the better. Let's get this stopped.
Sharing with everyone is paramount, like Alex shared. This bill would open the door to banning anything they want to, from white potatos to non Monsanto produce, night vision to MRE's, coffee to chocolate. (Caffein). It will affect everybody one day, in some way.

ugh I hate how you have to give your address and your whole life info for these, just don't like their privacy policy I need to sign though that ban is BS. California makes such messed up laws that in no way help its own people but either control them further or harm them
