I agree with you mwa...we have to try to stop these fools or the possibilities are endless.

Here's the clincher, they will be pulled from the market for a very long time until the FDA proves they are fit for consumption...I don't want that.

They claim that since nicotine is derived from tabacco leaves that it gives them the authority. However, Judge Leon shot them down twice. He views them as a safer alternative to smoking and they can't be regulated as such. Vendors can't advertise that they are a quit smoking cession device. Johnson Creek was one vendor that advertised this way and received a really nasty letter from the FDA. I don't know much else but I just keep hoping that something I like to do doesn't get taken away. I'm sure some vendors will go underground and onto the blackmarket..then it will be trying to find them.

Get people hooked on something that has over 4,000 chemicals and carcinogens and increase the prices and tax it BIG time ( no one had any problems keeping them on the market), but when e-cigs came along ( a WAY better alternative ) they didn't know it would take off like this, now they want to put a hold on it until they can find a way to fill there pockets. Greedy...

YOU GOT IT!!! Alot of it is big tobacco and big pharma behind it. They both are loosing profits due to ecigs and both have their hands in it as well.

If you read the forums alot, you will see that more and more states are banning them right along with smoking. These states are also claiming that they are aimed at minors. I firmly believe the FDA and anti-smoking organizations are behind this.

To my understanding yes to some extent. Malls can't sell them and you can't vape where smoking isn't permitted.

The FDA does this kind of garbage all the time. There are wonder-drugs available in other countries, not approved for use in the US because the FDA protects our pharmaceutical interests. Tianeptine, the antidepressant that has little to no side effects, is an example.

Best to just ignore them and do what you want... I'm not going to stop vaping because of what the FDA says or does.
