Don't you hate it when a vapemail delivery date by USPS doesn't happen lol

I wouldn't say I "hate" it, but considering that I'm a very very very very very very very impatient person, I do get a bit irked about it. Just a small bit, though. Maybe I twitch a little. Tremble. Quietly growl. Get a nasty glare in my eyes. Flare my nostrils. But all that only lasts a brief moment. Just until I DO receive my order the next day. Or the one after that.

:p

But seriously... Compared to most of you, I've only had a small number of product orders so far. 8 or 10, maybe? Most have come on the "estimated delivery date". A couple came late, and normally I'd expect to have the class to accept a few mistakes by the post office as reasonable.

But man! When I love an activity/hobby this much, it's TOUGH to not be at least a little miffed about having to wait another day. Maybe when it's not all so new to me I'll be more magnanimous about it, especially when I possess a larger "vapentory" than the small amount I have now and not have to be so reliant on the contents of a particular order.

I get anxious when I have a package inbound. I have a spreadsheet with date orderd, date delivered, Company, tracking no., etc.
The worst part is that I am overseas, and the mail goes though the APO, so the tracking doesnl't cover the whole trip. I'll be thinking that the package from xyz Corp shipped 8 days ago; so it's in the 'sweet spot' for showing up at the mailroom. Then I get depressed when it doesn't. There's always tomorow.

My favorite though is when it shows up early!!!
I ordered my provari on a Thursday morning/wed night. When it shipped out Thursday it said I would have it Saturday. Then Friday when I checked USPS expected delivery date was changed to Monday; so, I got bummed.
When it magically showed up Saturday my hope in humanity was restored and I was the happiest vapor in the whole wide world

'Flow' ...

Sure, you could have had it sooner - at the cost of 8 hours of your life time and 8 hours gas for the car. Add that up and compare to shipping/postage you actually paid. Muse a little about the 'travelling salesman's algorhythm' and you get an idea that close by as in the bird flies isn't identical to close by as logistics/distribution networks are set up ... Online shopping is growing rapidly. Organizing logistics networks to keep pace with that and turn a profit has become a science in itself by now...

Learn some patience, learn some zen, order from fasttech ;)

LOL I get where you're coming from, I am just an extremely impatient person. I told my husband this, and he pretty much gave me the same run down...hun that $50 mod would have been a $250 dollar mod after fuel expenses, food, etc....and a Vamo isn't worth $250. As far as fasttech goes, yeah no....I dread when my husband orders from them, 2 weeks of pure impatient hell :p

It doesn't help that I am stuck with stinkies until my Vamo shows up, which likely explains my anxiousness, I am so ready to be done with them AGAIN!

The St Louis USPS "sorting facility" always likes to send my package to the wrong zip code for delivery which delays it by 1-2 days. And it's always the same wrong zip code.

I just assume that they don't like me.

All my vapemail has to go through the Hazelwood sort facility (all out of state orders) and they have yet to delay or misdeliver any package yet. I have had vapemail get held up at other locations. I swear they know what is in that package and set it aside just to make me mad.

I live in Australia and my first vapemail order from the US ended up going to germany, through german customs and then eventually here to Australia. Took almost 4 weeks to get here, I was dying to use it since I had to give up smokes cold turkey due to dental surgery. I was thinking maybe 10 days max when I ordered it! Hope my 2nd and most recent order doesn't have the same fate.

I always keep a close eye on what I need and make sure to order with at least 2 weeks to spare.... This way I am never disappointed. I have a post office box and because of my line of work, I am at the post office at least 3 times a day so I have many friends there.... This helps when I order something new because they will call me as soon as it hits the building.... No waiting for processing or delivery.

I won't even get started on USPS!
This was kinda funny though. Last week I was anxiously waiting for two huge boxes of DIY supplies from RTS. I kept driving down the road watching for the elusive mail truck. I finally saw him coming. He saw me also. Waved me over to the truck and handed me my boxes personally. (Okay, that was kinda embarrassing) But we have gotten to know each other well since I started receiving vape mail!

Had some juice that was supposed to be coming in the mail today with today's delivery date and didn't show up.

On the flip side of this it's always fantastic when something shows up a day earlier or Saturday when it should come by Monday.

This has only happened a few times, but was looking forward to getting my juice today though. It never showed out for delivery, but sometimes it will miss a scan. Ahlusion mocha is what I was wanting to try....the other juice I still have some in my rotation.

Yep, it's infuriating. Had an order of e-juice that I ordered Sun Mar 30.. it shipped on Mon Mar 31... when the tracking finally showed, it showed a delivery date of Thurs Apr 3... but on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th, it never showed. Finally got here on Mon Apr 7.

What I'd really like to know is why a shipment from MI to GA had to make a 3 day detour to Charlotte, NC? I've had regular 1st class pkg mailings arrive in 2 days from both Connecticut and New Mexico, both much further away than MI (from GA), so I just can't imagine why it takes 8 days from MI to GA.

If I order from MI again, I'll pony up for priority shipping.
