i hate usps!!!

mail ran late today usually comes arround 11 but i had to leave arround noon so i couldnt get the packages i was waiting on, have an app on my phone to put tracking numbers in (mailman stocking to the with technology) it said they were delivered at 12:33... then i finally got home about 20 minutes ago check my mail and there's only one box out of the two that were supposably delivered. mail box is one of thoughs locking ones so i know noone came by and stole it, everyone in the house is asleep so cant ask if it came to the door for some reason but it was just a 30ml bottle of juice so i really doubt it im sure they put it in the wrong mail box. emailed vaporrenew to let em know n see if he had any advice on trying to recomped for the juice by usps but i doubt that's gonna happen.. only have about 3ml left of a previous order of the juice and it's my morning vape even if i order another bottle it'll take a week cuz renew makes everything on order....

My mail carrier likes to play the inconsistant delivery game. I've given up trying to gauge when my mail is coming, even on days like today when I am expecting two deliveries. Usually, I am super excited and check the mail every hour or so, but, with how unpredictable my mail person is, I hardly believe that it'll be here anytime sooner than 5p.m. (I say this now and the juice is probably out in the mailbox, boiling away )

Part of my mailmen inconsistant delivery times are due to the fact i see a different face like every single day. Wouldnt it make more sense to have 1 person get to know the route rather than see every employee in my area throughout the weeks? I dunno, since when does any gov't run organization make sense these days?

I feel your pain, my post office has done the same thing to me before. Deliver one of my two orders that were supposed to be delivered that day, leaving me to wonder if the second one would ever be seen again. I'm happy to tell you that that second package did end up in my mailbox the next day, so no worries... yet.

My local USPS likes to do this new stunt where they write "out for delivery" on the tracking site but change the 4 in the last digit of my zip code to a 5. So as we speak my Alien Visions order is riding around in a mail truck somewhere, no where near my house...


I thought this was just a mistake as they did this to my Backwoods Brew order last week, but lo and behold they did it to me again this week. Why USPS? Why?! I just want my Gorilla Juice!

In some cases, you can call the PO and complain to supervisors- they speak directly to the mailmen and can hold them accountable for failed deliveries. You also have the tracking numbers to back up your claims- along with the security of your mailbox being locked.

USPS usually sucks! They just do not care about customer service. However, it is the cheapest way to ship a package most of the times and help us (ecig suppliers) to keep low prices for you guys... I guess it is kind of a love-hate situation for most of us.

I'm having a similar issue.... I was expecting to have both of my pkgs (eGo and cartos from Liverty flights and vaporkings) by tomorrow... even tried paying for something faster than regular shipping.... but it's looking like neighther of them will be here until at least thursday which means darnit, at least 2-3 more days of yucky menthol since that's the only decent nic dosage the shop carries around here grrr. anyhow, sorry for using your thread to vent, just wanted to agree, usps sucks.

Having a problem with USPS is very much like pulling teeth, they ask is it insured if you say no they say not our problem, they will not even check or anything just say not our problem.

USPS sucks, I have an order that says out for delivery from the track and confirm and the mail lady came by and only left bills. I called about my package and they said you cant trust modern technology today. I said that is just the stupidest answer Ive heard and after some more stupid answers from them, she said OH, its hear, what would you like us to do. I told them to learn about modern technology.
