EM disolves in PG..so you can sprinkle in your juice, or mix it down beforehand and use as any other flavor. The whipped cream thing I believe is to test a drop of flavor mixed in a little whipped cream. (like cool whip)..just to get an idea of potency and flavor.

Correct. And it is naturally sweet so no need for EM on it to test.

To me the truest choc flavor and smell comes from the TFA double chocolate-clear. I have all the TFA choc. and this is my fav.
I mix it with english toffee for a heath bar and it's yummy.

Ohhh!! This answers both of my questions on the other thread! What ratio do you use these each at?
