Double shipment from MBV

Anybody ever receive a double shipment from MBV? I made a $30 order a couple of weeks ago and received it 2 days later. Today I got another package of the exact same order. No new charges at my bank so far.

At MBV's website order details shows in the order/comment instruction line "AF RESHIP- TM"
No idea what that means.

RESHIP- TM F RESHIP- TM

MBV is an awesome company. Tell them what happened so you can be sure you arent bein charged again and it just hasnt posted to your bill, they wont charge you and youll get to keep 2nd order

Thanks, I'll do that. I was just wondering if AF RESHIP meant that the first order was reported as not being delivered. Maybe someone else was missing an order and they mixed up mine with theirs. I know I didn't do a reorder.

Their system might not though. plus it makes you look like a stand-up person to tell them they sent you extra by mistake. Mt baker is an awesome company, I wouldnt be surprised if you tell them what happened and they dont send you more free juice for makin a mistake at all in the first place. they know how to treat their customers and go above and beyond.

You guys were right. I just got a reply to my email saying they didn't know what happened on their end, but I could keep the package of juice and needle tips free of charge.

I agree. I have nothing but great things to say about Mt. Baker Vapor. They have always been on point 100% of the time and if not...well..it works in our favor anyway haha.
