I've ordered tons of juice from MBV over the past year or so and always got a free 15ml sample on orders over $15. Now I see on their website they throw in a 5ml sample on orders over 10c, which I thought was weird. I went about ordering like usual and left in the comments what sample I wanted and I just received my order and sure enough no 15ml sample just a little 5ml bottle from their gwar line. This kind of sucks, I'm a little disappointed.

I think you only get the free 15mL sample if your order is over a certain amount? Though I can't be sure about that.

The reason for this is that they're now offering "sample packs" -- as you probably saw on their site. I think it's a pretty neat idea, but could use some development. It'd be nice if you could actually CHOOSE your sample pack, so you say, "I want the 5x5mL sample pack, and I want juices x, y, z, q, r." As it is, all my sampling is usually done by ordering 15mL bottles.

Just talked to them and they confirmed, the 15mL bottle samples are a thing of the past.

Kind of a bummer. If I'm spending 100$ on e-juice, I think I deserve more than a single 5mL sample..
That sucks. I've never had their juice but a free 15ml bottle would certainly make me place an order.

Complaining about free items..... SMH.

It's not necessarily that, it's become somewhat of a known kind gesture that MtBakerVapor used to offer when ordering from them. You'd spend $15 or more and you'd get a 15ml sample along with your order that you could select if you chose. With their business increasing and their name broadening, it seems a bit silly that they removed that option. Either way though, they're still a bunch of extremely nice people and their customer service is almost unmatched.

They changed their policy and now it is 5ml with 0 nicotine and you have no control over the PG / VG ratios. I would personally just throw it away. There was also a lot of backlash on the blog post when they announced it and their response was basically "deal with it". I used MBV when i first started vaping and getting those 15ml bottles with nicotine helped me a lot. If i was given 0 nicotine as a new vapor that would have been a disaster.

AFAIK their sample bottles have always been 5ml, like if you request a sample that's the size you would normally get. Now if you order a lot of ejuice they may 'upgrade' that or just throw in a 15ml bottle of something they think you may like.

Up until my last order I was receiving 15ml on any order over 15 dollars. Now it is 5ml on any order.

I've switched from MBV to vape wild. 0 nic is worthless to me, and the consistency of MBV juice has decreased a great deal. Even received a bottle of the wrong GWAR juice, but it was in the right bottle. Customer service rep was reluctant to make it right, but eventually gave me a credit. As they have gotten bigger they are starting to have many of the problems when companies grow to fast. It is still a great price on their juice, and hopefully they adapt to their growing size and demand.--Hawk

My first order from them was just under $15 while they were still offering the 15ml freebies.

It started off with an order over $15 but I needed to change my order and with the help of the chat assistant I was able to get that done in time.

My second order was after they changed it to the 5ml, which I got.

My guess on the reason for 0mg nic would be they are more than likely just trying to introduce the flavor without having to cover all nic levels.

Anyway, I'm no juice connoisseur but the customer service was excellent which is a big plus, and so far I've really enjoyed their juices.

I've gotten a 15ml sample on every order up until this last one. They even threw in 2 samples once. It's a little disappointing but they're prices are still good and they've always had great customer service. On a different note, I recently ordered just a 5 pack of Nautilus coils from evape.us and was pleasantly surprised they sent me a sample bottle of a flavor called buttery hazelnut and it actually smells really good. This is my first order with them and the shipping was pretty fast, good prices and a good experience so I'll likely order from them again.

didn't care for the samples, i usually just gave them out at work.

however the qc has taken quite the dive since i've been ordering, sadly only a few months time.

it used to be awesome, right out of the box for most flavors.

now for whatever reason my max vg is super watery (??????) and is mega harsh, i've been able to heat steep the harshness out but my goodness what work for admittingly subpar flavored stuff. for the price it WAS worth it, now it just seems like a hassle.

like cheap juice in max vg and low nic? white label juice co needs to be your next order.
