I'm a member of a lobbying group called Downsize DC, I get emails from them asking me to write my "representatives" on various issues and on behalf of various campaign's that they are running. Anyway, I got an email about a campaign that I don't remember hearing about in the past, one to make it so that the unelected bureaucrats at the FDA are only able to issue advisory guidelines, not mandatory guidelines. It wasn't made in light of the impending e-cigarette situation with them and I don't know what this means for the deeming resolution on the off chance that they are successful but I thought people here might enjoy hearing about this since it means that we are not the only ones fighting them and their never ending overreach. Success on their part may mean good things for us! Here's a link, I hope this is not considered spam... https://secure.downsizedc.org/etp/fda/
