Seems a bit excessive for a ejuice. Can't see someone mixing 23 different flavors to make a 10ml bottle. Maybe start with cola, cherry, almond, vanilla, blackberry, plum and caramel and see what happens?

the dr pepper website has a list of all 23 flavors in it... just sayin. it would probably be really hard to nail it by putting a drop of this and that because we dont know how much of each are in it
