I won't bore everyone with the details, but there was a discrepancy with my order. Immediate response to my inquiry, which was ON New Years Day. Immediate fix to my problem, even though the solution I suggested was a little non-standard. Flexibility is something that seems increasingly hard to find. Thanks for that extra effort.
