My Dragon Fire mishap:

A tale from last night, of love and patience and slippery fingers and tired eyes.

I was laying in bed last night, relaxing with DF, (my favorite) when it occurred to me I should top off the tank so it would be full in the morning for work.

I groggily stumbled to the living room, filled a syringe with 3mls and lined everything up and squirted the entire 3 mls right down the center hole of the carto, with juice all over my hand, the tank slipped and whatever was left spilled on the dog bed.

Deep breath, try again, primed a new carto, oh look at that... It won't fit thru the top of the tank! Oh! This was I e that my dogs chewed a little, the top was bent just enough that it wasn't round enough to fit thru the whole.

Tossed that one.. Washed my hands, turned on the lights and tried the entire process again.

Finally success.

The lesson here? I'm still a clumsy fumbly dork :)

You and your gadgets are legendary in this thread forum. :)

I love Dragons Fire!

I pierced my left ear in the 80's!

I smoked because I wanted to look cool!

I'm a sucker for peer pressure!

You've gotten scarce lately too. You know I get lonely without you. Welcome back! :)

I've had one bottle of DF (going through all of HHV's tobacco line, my Huntsman, Sludge, and Shadow arrived on Saturday.)
I wasn't impressed with DF right out of the box (This was 80/20, 18mg). After 2 weeks of steeping it became outstanding. Definitely on my list to order again. I love Gand-Legend when it's fresh, and so far Sludge is great fresh as well. The Huntsman I think needs to steep for a bit, and I haven't tried the Shadow yet. So I guess I'll have to make two lists for HHV - A) Order and Vape fresh B) Order and steep
The experimentation required to fill those list is delightful.

I really wanted to be the exception to the "One does not simply order HHV samples" rule. (I always want to be the exception to rules, though.) DF is one of the juices that I ordered in a sample pack with my first HHV order. I've been loving HT and Legend so much that I didn't get around to trying most of the samples until yesterday.

Dammit. The second Adam receives the 50ml bottles and puts them online, I'm ordering 50ml of DF. The flavor is perfect, and it's so smooth! I'm coming from a primarily bakery/dessert vape rotation, so I don't always want much of a throat hit and this is perfect.

What I can say is this: I bought a huge amount of HHV NET juice from Oct. thru Dec. After three months' steep, the only survivor is Dragon's Fire. The other NETs steeped beyond their time and got too dry for my taste. DF kept its complexities and still satisfies. Lesson lernt.

I'm stocking up on DF X. It's going straight in the fridge. Not decapping or deboxing...nothing. Right in the fridge in the back corner. When I need one, I'll pull one out a couple weeks before I need it and then pull the caps off for a day or two. This will slow the steeping process and extend the life of the juice.
