I would say go pro for the same price, this is my setup for woodworking. I love the foot pedal for varied speed and I can hang it anywhere.

Amazon.com: Grizzly G9928 Flex Shaft Grinder: Home Improvement

If it's over your budget you might check out grizzly's site direct and see what they have.

The upside to this set up is the motor your working with is 5x the size of a dremel and has a lot more power. Also it will most likely last 5x as long as a dremel's small compact size motor. I have gone through 2 different model dremels. There might be other repairs in the future such as the hand unit or flex shaft but so far so good for me. Not sure about the RPM difference between the units. For wood I was not concerned so you might have a look at that.

Budget wise you could also use the keywords "mini grinder" in google for some low budget alternatives such as these

+2 for HF. OP sig shows they are from Boston and there is an HF there. I only buy tools from HF now. Doesn't hurt as bad when a battery takes a dump and I have to throw it away (can't bring myself to pay 60 bucks for a battery for a tool kit that cost 75 bucks to start with). The local cake supply (for Loranes flavorings) is next door to the HF.
