I have had my Darwin for a while and loved it so much. The problem was that when my rheumatoid flared in my hands the Darwin button was too hard for me to push with the swelling in my hand. Knowing Drew from the first xhaler purchase and dealing with him for so long, I planned to see him at Vapestock and discuss a possible fix. I walked up to his table, he stood and hugged and remembered me from 2 years ago as bonnie and said hello. I showed him my used Darwin and explained my issue and he handed me an opus. He said, "Try this out." I did and the button was easy for me to use and he said he would trade me my used Darwin for a new Opus. I was shocked and happy and he said, "Let me know how that works for you." Well, the Opus has not left my hands, swelling and all and I am still a very grateful vaper to know Drew and to know he cares about me and all his customers. The Opus acts like, works like and is a Darwin in every way, minus the digital readout and size change. This is one very grateful customer. THANKS DREW for being you!
