Just wanted to give Drew a little credit where credit is earned.
When the Xhaler came out...I waited, I waited, and all the sudden there it was.... yes the thing I had been soooo coveting. I pounced and ordered one without even thinking twice......yet minuets later I realized what a stooge I was....there were more options, bigger packages, all a HV mod users desired. I then realized I had ordered the wrong thing and didnt wait till all the options were up on his site
So I called up Drew (thinking I would be leaving a message) and he took time away from the crazy busy day he was having to take my call and work with me to correct my mistake. He told me to go ahead and order another and he would make sure it shipped properly. So I did.....but yet again I wasn't listening and jumped to quickly. He wanted me to order another basic because the price would be about the same (a small amount to my favor) and he would correct it on his end....but i screwed it all up again and ordered the large kit. After the package came in (i adore the XH) I realized what I had done ...I again had to bother Drew.
I am so sorry Drew for wasting so much of your time. Yet he was once again kind and patient willing to fix the order anyway I pleased. I wasn't sure if I wanted the extra XH or a credit...he patiently waited till I had made up my mind. I needed more of his yummy juice
so I decided to get that instead. There was a small difference because I couldnt choose between a couple of things to make the order come out even and told him please charge the balance I owed him to my card. A couple of days later (he ships lightning fast) my package arrived with all my heart desired. He never charged my card the balance??? Never even mentioned it. I took up so much of his time with my little order and he went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of me. This is why I am a NHaler customer for life and tell everyone I know to go to him. This kind of service is unheard of in today's business world where companies today are all about maximizing profits...Drew is growing his business with great service.
