Hi Im in the process of sorting out parts/supplies for building a box mod and was wondering what size drill bits are needed for the tactile switches and a 16mm vandal style firing switch? and also the USB port would be helpful too....i thought i saw a template around here somewhere too could someone point me in the right direction? thanks!

Most switch manufacturers also have a data sheet for their switches for installers; should have all the info you need! Good luck and post some pics when you're done!
yeah i was looking at the spec sheets on either mouser or digikey and couldnt really tell which dimension was the size for the opening but ill keep looking thanks!
Mouser & DigiKey have data sheets that will tell you how wide the threaded area on a switch is and how wide the tactile switch is. Use this drill bit conversion table to figure out what size drill bit you need for the width. My anti-vandal switch was 16mm so I used 5/8" drill bit.
When I built my Arlo box, {plastic case} I used a #5 drill bit {.2055"} for the tactile buttons. They pressed into the case perfectly. No epoxy needed to this day.
