i noticed recently that my 510 tornado was extremely hard to draw... i only vape liquid from Ms. T's and her juice is all vg/pg mix (not to mention the best vapor production flavor and TH EVER!!)

but i digress... the atty wasn't clogged, i could blow it out, soak it in everything imaginable and the darn thing wouldn't draw for more than a few carts...

so i used a small bit and a "manual drill" (the kind you twist/spin between your fingers to drill super small holes in metal or to clean clogged ports in gas lines etc...) to enlarge the air vent holes on the thread end of the atty... so far it's a miracle worker!!

hope this helps anyone else that has atomizers that will hardly draw... maybe it'll bring back to life a few that were going to be trashed!!

I tried drilling and all it did was let fluid leak out more easily. The restriction seems to me to be where the coil cup and mesh sit on top of the battery connector. The dreaded plastic washer melts in some of them to. A dry burn helps to melt it to. I push a blunt needle up the hole in the bottom of 510s and un seat the workings just a bit sometimes this helps airflow. Failing that a sharp pin is used to make a hole or two in the mesh down the side of the coils ceramic cup. Again this may or may not solve the airflow problen but using a combination of methods nearly fixes them all.
