Well watched some interesting videos on air flow and what not so decided to try and drill my air hole out......went to 3/32 size and wow its airy now......not what I'm used to.....but what i noticed is a lot of these so called cloud chasers are lung hitting their devices......so tried it and not to bad.....i tried lung hitting on a pro tank once and it burned my throat bad......now with all the air flow I'm getting its not so bad.....still tickles but I'm getting massive clouds now...

So probably gonna order another grand here soon and RM2 and drill out my old one to 1/8 and see what i can get from that....

decided to share since i feel I'm getting into something i should have gotten into a long time ago......

Happy vaping!!!!!

thanks....still fine tuning as always.......gonna get me some ekowool also with my next purchase and give that a shot.......im proving day in and day out that you don't need those fancy tube mech mods with crazy names to cloud chase.....the reo does it all.....you can mouth hit it for out and about and then if you want you can blow some serious clouds to make you happy from time to time you can do that too.......all in one package is what i like.......

Sounds like your taking my advice word for word!

Didn't realize that not everyone lung hits... But I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Good luck!

1/8" is a beast.

Very nice - nice coil and nice cloud.

I started lung hitting recently as well - it's the only way to get that kind of massive vapor. I find I need a lower nic and a milder flavor to do it. I am trying out zero nic actually in pursuit of cloudage. What are you vaping?

Yeah I've moved the coil around to decrease my TH but I think it may be the nic. I'm on 24 mg nic and the juice is 50/50 but I put more vg in the mix so hoping end result is around 75/25. I been trying this on a cheesecake with strawberry and banana and also did some Hawaiian fruit punch mixed with berries and cream which came out pretty good. Might get some 18mg vg next time.

Don't get my wrong I love the feeling from the nic but It tickles the throat when I take a deep lung hit.

Wow! You can take a lot of nic! I vape 6 regularly using mouth-to-lung... when I sub ohm on an RDA with bored out air holes (lung hits of course), the 6 is too much (makes me light headed). I bought some zero nic VG to dilute. I'm finding actually that just plain unflavored juice with extremely low (or no nic) plus a tiny drop of menthol and one or two drops of one other flavor, works best for cloud chasing. But I guess my tolerance for nicotine is very low.

Haha yeah I've tried 18mg for mouth hittin. And I could feel anything. I love the light headed feeling though. But when I lung hit damn it's hard. Lol

18mg is way to much for any RBA (said the ex-pack-and-a-half-of-Newports-per-day smoker).

When I switched from my Kanger Protank and iClear 30's to my RSST, I dropped from 18mg to 10mg.

Still loving 10mg, though.

when i go any lower i cannot fee the effects as good so i end up vaping almost 15 ml a day........so i go higher in nic so i can feel the effects thus allowing me to not vape as much throughout the day

Ohmage/airflow effects the amount of nicotine you take in, brother.

Once you go sub-ohm, I dare you to smoke that 18mg. You very well may instantaneously vomit.

Didn't realize until reading the full thread just now that you are using a VV and low (not sub) ohm. Once you get your mechanical mod and decide to go sub-ohm, you will need a lower dose of nicotine.

The way it was explained to me is that with sub-ohmage, you are basically inhaling *twice* the vapor, so as a general model, you effectively *double* the nicotine intake. That is to say, if you vape 1.8%, or 18mg, normally, you are essentially vaping 3.6% in a sub-ohm RBA. So if your every-day juices contain 1.8%, you'd be safe lowering that to between 0.8% and 1.0%. I thought I was above everyone for some reason when I first switched, so against my B&M's recommendations, I went with 1.2%, down from my usual 1.8%. I could not then, and cannot now, smoke that percentage of nicotine in my juice. I become dizzy and nauseated within 3 or 4 puffs.

I realize I just went on a bit of a rant, but I swear I'm just looking out for a fellow vaper. Good luck in your quest. Godspeed.
