It should help to drill out the hole.
I drilled out mine (it got a little messy) - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...20602-how-not-drill-out-airflow-kfl-type.html

However - mine is a clone. You may want to take your airtube out and measure.
You'll see in my post that on mine that there are 2 intake holes on the sides of the tube that measure almost 5/64" each - the center hole of the tube measures about 5/64".

Note: flooding can cause a leak regardless of the air intake hole size. Although, I've never experienced a leak at all.

Going this is not necessary. lmao

I drilled mine clone out, first to 1/16 then 5/64". Even 1/16" helped but I was still running the afc wide open, at 5/64 I'm not running it wide open anymore so that's where I stopped, also was getting really close to the deck if I went any bigger.

If yours has afc and you still want to use it measure the diameter of the control screw first and don't drill any bigger than the diameter of the afc screw or you won't get the full range anymore.

Mine hasn't leaked before or since drilling it and it shouldn't effect leaking since it works on a vacuum principle. Everything that had already been drilled has a bigger inner diameter than 5/64 including the chimney top, not sure about 3/32 but probably, so the small air hole was the bottleneck and drilling it really did loosen things up and allow me to get full usable range from the afc. I was happy with it before, now I'm thrilled with it.
