Hey so I have a mid size vape pen right now. It's a vision spinner with variable voltage up to 4.8. I noticed the atomizer has two tiny holes. I've been wanting to drill the holes a little bigger but don't want to totally screw up my vape. Any suggestions on types of drills/bits to use or links to previous posts I can read through to get the info?

It would be pretty hard to screw up your vape by drilling slightly larger intake holes. Just use any drill bit that is rated for use on metal. Start small and drill slowly.

Another option would be to upgrade to a clearomizer/tankomizer that has adjustable airflow, such as the Aspire Nautilus or Kanger Aerotank/Genitank.

Be careful if the holes are through ego threading. I know that on evod BCC's that's the case. You might just need to sand any rough edges a bit, and everything should be fine.

I had good luck expanding air holes with a dremel and a short conical bit, but that's just me.

If you have it put some painters tape or masking tape on before drilling as that will help prevent scratching or otherwise marring the surface and will also help to keep metal shavings from going everywhere. Also if you have the ability to use a jig of some sort to hold the drill straight I would do so. If you have access to a drill press even better. As others have stated just make sure you are using a bit designed for metal.

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm still on the prowl for a drill bit in my house, but I'll take it slow on expanding the hole when i get a hold of one. Is there like a maximum size for expanded holes?
