Well, I've been vaping for almost three months, and I've noticed something rather strange . . . I'm not drinking nearly as much coffee as I did when I was a smoker.

In addition to enjoying the taste and the caffeine boost, I think I drank as much as I did because it kind of cut the taste of my cigarettes. I wonder if I don't feel the need to drink as much coffee simply because I don't have a perpetual case of "yucky mouth" from the analogs.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I think my morning coffee intake is pretty much the same. Where I'm seeing a difference is throughout the day, I just don't seem to drink as much. Also, I used to drink a fair amount at night, and I just don't seem to do it as much. I might have a cup as opposed to half a pot.

I've also noticed I'm not popping breath mints the way I used to. That's why I'm kind of thinking that, at least for me, it might have something to do with the fact that I no longer have tobacco breath.

I should say that I was (and still am) a BIG coffee drinker. My reduction is down from 2 pots to more like 1 pot a day.

Hey, maybe I can add that into my savings associated with e-cigs. :D

Well...I did read on a French forum that some guys there use the espresso jet on their machines to blast clean their atomisers :D

NB They hold the atties in long wooden clothes pegs!!!! 8-o Dangerous unless you are skilful!!! I'd need a pair of long tongs...

Love coffee - wouldn't be without it...mhhhh must have a cup.....:)

I am drinking way less coffee then I used to. One cup in the morning, and then once in awhile I'll drink a cup in the late afternoon. I used to be a total coffee-holic, drinking several cups a day of both regular coffee and espresso. Now I don't even use my espresso machine anymore. (Hmmmm....I'll have to try that idea Caesarea mentioned about blast cleaning atomizers with the espresso machine jet)

But anyway, I think the reason I don't drink as much coffee anymore, is because I have more energy now. Back when I smoked analogs I always felt really tired and run-down....so I was always drinking coffee trying to keep myself going.

for me the quit form analog happend before my conversion to e vapinging and what i can say is that my caffine intake did change noticeably when i was off analogs for a good length of time. when i converted i fine i am enjoying the taste of coffies better then i did when i was a smoker and that is more due to the fact that my taste buds have returned to me and i even enjoy the taste of vape as well
