Well... Basically the Drip Tip is just a mouth-piece, and you can drip through it. However, many drip tips may improve the vaping experience, depending on both subjective impressions, preferences and objective aspects...

While many drip tips may be convenient, there may be a bit of a downside to most as in having to blow through them beacuse liquid may "bubble up" at their bottom, and may translate into later liquid-to-mouth, etc... So, some people DO use their drip tips, but as mere mouth pieces and still get to remove them each time they drip... There are of course, mods or techniques to compensate for this...

Remember dripping is dangerous -may ruin it- if your battery is an auto (not sealed) unless you use a drip shield and fully block the bottom air-hole with the silicone pin from a carto-condom.
If Dripping a 901, OTOH a Drip Shield is a must...!

=)

Most people end up using cartomizers for their favorite thinner juices. But there are few cartomizers for 901 and they are hard to find. 901 expects atomizers and cartomizers to provide their own air intake hole in the side. Some KR808D-1 cartomizers with a slotted center post may work with 901 but if they don't get enough airflow then you need to find a 901 to 808 (aka KR808D-1) adapter.

I appreciate the advice. If that drip shield mod doesn't work out for me, then I'll definitely be looking for that cartomizer or adapter for sure. Thanks, dude!

Hello revolver! wallpaperwhatsupdoc.jpg
I have a question, and this thread seems to be as good of a place as any to ask; you seem to be knowledgeable about o rings & such!
I removed the hard top from 2 cartomizers (long story) and found there were bung rings in them, so I started using them and I like them because
they help the E-liquid to stay in place (I use a drip-tip for a mouth-piece on my cartomizer) and seem to prevent E-liquid from going into that black hole LOL!.
Soooo, where can I purchase some bung rings for my 510 cartomizers? Any ideas?

Thanks! :vapor:

I am sorry but I happen to get the o-rings from a local modder in my country (Argentina) who is an expert and knows everything or-ings-wise... So, I wouldn't really know...

I just ask him and he provides me with the suitable o-ring I might need...

However, I suggest you start a new thread about o-rings and the forum gurus might help you out...

I will ask my friend and get back to you, in case by then you haven't been helped by other ECF's members.

Thanks,
Maybe he will tell you he gets them on the internet! :pop: Or what kind of store/place I might try.
I would appreciate it very much if you would ask him!

HAPPY :vapor: VAPING!

I actually might be of help on that one. I used to be an avid paintballer, and o-rings were essential hardware. I'd be astonished if you couldn't find it on this page: O-Rings - General Marker Acc. - Paintball
