There are lots of variables and no hard, fast rules... so my views may not even be close to someone else - consider all answers you get and try to boil them down to a, more or less, general consensus.
A Nimbus (or Chimbus)... they (usually) tend to fit snug enough that you can literally fill them until juice drips out the air holes. Of course... submerging the coils are not such a good idea - but raising the coils, or fitting them vertically can allow a bit more juice (and wick) without submersion.
If your ten drops completely saturate the wicks (wick type and amount - another major variable) with a bit of juice to fill up the well... that'd be a good point of reference.
Depending on coils, resistance and wick... I can usually get anywhere from 3-7 good long draws from my more "conventionally coiled" Nimbus, but when I feel a bit crazy, I'll sometimes run dual 24ga coils at around 0.2Ω... even a substantial cotton wick system can only keep up for one good draw at a time, and 2-3 draws before re-dripping.
YMMV ;-)
