Got my Riva 510 today from Liberty Flights (Awesome fast shipping) still waiting for my cartos ordered the same day from CCV and have yet to ship, my question is can i drip without a drip tip? should i use the cartridges it came with until i get my cartos? Should have ordered everything from Liberty but i dident know that cartos are the way to go till after i ordered everything.

What I did is took one of the blank cartridges you get with the kit and taking out the filler material. Drip two to three drop in your atomizer and put the mouthpiece on (with the filler removed) and vape. It's no match for a drip tip but it is way better than using the cartridges with the filler. Hope that helps.

Yes - either as above by removing the cartridge stuffing and dripping by taking that empty cart off the atomizer then putting it back on to vape. OR you can drill a bigger hole in the mouth end of the empty cartridge and drip through it like a drip tip (though not as well aimed)

BTW - save your other cartridges - you can restuff them with the precut blue foam from strictlyejice.com. Cartridges are useful for an extended test of a juice while you decide if it earns a carto.

Do the cartridges suck that bad i shouldent use them? Sorry im new to all this and i want to get it right the 1st time, either way it has to be better than the $10 Mistic im using...

Thanks

They don't suck, it's just for me personally, they don't hold a lot of liquid and they have a tendency to burn the filler easily resulting in a burning taste that can hurt your throat. I leave it with you might try one but you'll love the cartomizers when they come in lol.

To be honest cartridges work if you know how to use them. But, I see more new users ruin really good atomizers with carts than any other way.

Also make sure that you index the empty cart to the atty bridge or you run the risk of a burnt plastic taste.

You will also want a drip tip for the cartomizers, so might as well look into getting one.

Cartridges tend to be fussy about contacting and transferring the juice to the bridge. The filler gets pushed back and you get a dry vape. Dripping is better and more consistent. Start with 2 or 3 drops onto the bridge. If you find you get a gurgling sound as you vape, then back off on the amount you drip at a time. Generally, you will get 5 or 6 good puffs before having to drip again. Cartomizers are equally as good and last for 2 to 3 hours on a fill.

    Drips tips are recommended.
