I was driving the other day, vaping away,,,,,,,and my carto went dry,,,,,,

I won't fill it while driving, and I won't drive without my PV,,,,,,,

so I quickly pulled into the first parking lot I saw and filled my carto,,,,,,

I'm sitting there, and some guy bangs on my window,,,,,,,,,

"You work here?"

shake head no,,,,,,,,,,

as I'm pulling out, I looked at the business sign.

Yeah. Strip joint.

Of all the places,,,,,,,,

how is this thread still alive? x.x i think everyone should know by now that anyone who drips while behind the wheel should be a prime candidate for acute cranial blunt force trauma.

want a decent driving setup? rock a passthrough to your cigarette lighter adapter (it's like utilizing that thing you used to use for your old habbit for your new one) and rock a gooseneck to a carto....its perfect.

Tanks and cartos are a breeze...how do you fellow vapors feel about dripping and driving?

That brings back memories of the good old times at ECF before we had tanks and few sold bottom feeders. Dripping, cartridges, or cartomizers were it.

There were probably 25 comments a day warning about the dangers of dripping and driving. It's even dumber now, please don't do it.

In the oldey timey situation, I think it would likely be safer to swap out a carto than drip while driving. It's not ideal, but you don't have to take your eyes off the road. You can do that by feel.

There's simply no need to drip and drive.

Not only are there lots of alternatives to dripping nowadays. But, even when I do drip, I simply drip into 2 or 3 PV's in advance before I start driving. And, if the trip is longer than that, I always carry pre-filled cartos, tanks, or whatever.

Hell, I carry all that pre-filled stuff anyway. I'm always over-prepared!

I used to be able to easily light a cigarette while driving. You don't really have to look at what you're doing for that. But, dripping requires a much more focused attention.

I started to try it once and immediately gave up. It would have been too dangerous to give it that couple of extra seconds of attention it would have required. So, I just did without for that trip. Luckily it wasn't a long one. If it had been, I would have just pulled over for a minute.

Vmod on the way to work. Bottom feeders do the trick for 20 minute drives...

Other then that if I don't have a bottom feeder on me, I drip at stop lights or stop signs if I have enough time. I'd hate to crash and have the CHP ask me "How did this happen" as I'm slowly taking my mod out of my forehead:ohmy:

As for people who text and drive... That's like trying to change a diaper at the wheel. Are you friggin kidding me!?

Anyone who ever dropped a cigaret driving will appreciate the benefits of vaping. That said dripping is akin to rolling a cig driving, and an abrupt meeting with a lamppost is imminent.

How about when your fingers stuck to the cigarette paper while youre trying to remove it from your mouth and get a nice cherry burn on the insides of your fingers and/or the cherry falling off and landing on your clothes or your carpet?

Cant say I miss that one bit.

Don't miss that a bit. Reminds me of the time I had both hands on the wheel/stick shift, analog in mouth, and a hard sneeze came of of nowhere. Um, where did my cig just go? No fun trying to keep it from burning up your interior. :p Don't miss the ole days a bit.
