Well, you've already dried it out in a hair dryer and rice... I'd let it sit (as deconstructed as you are able to make it be, for me that would be removing the battery cover,
mod,
batteries obviously, etc., other people might take that to a different level) and try once again in a day or two.
If you still have flickering, IMO, you have fried something in your mod. Could send it back for warranty/repair, though this would be more of a repair situation (unless magically, mods don't fall under that cellphone provision, though to be fair,
my kid dropped his cellphone in H20 several times, and we never had a problem with warranty, even though warranty is technically *voided* if there is water damage... Either they could not tell, or didn't want to bother with it, not sure which). Either way though, you may not have that mod for a while, may be time to start looking at what you want out of a backup setup (you might choose something different for variety) while you're working on this one....
