I bought the 2 ml Pipette Pump + 2 ml and 1 ml Polysterene measuring Pipettes from 1stop.
Amazon sells Glass measuring Pipettes but shipping is really expensive.
Now when you get the pipettes, don't be stupid like I was and remove the cotton batting from the end because it's there for a reason. When you move the thumbwheel, the liquid is drawn up the pipette. Without the cotton it drops a bit when you lift the pipette out. Not a big deal but I thought I'd mention it.

Zoi, care to share?

OK. Here's what I do.

(Keep in mind that this Techniques works for Someone who Vapes the Same mg Level and the Same PG:VG Ratio.)

After doing DIY for about a Year, I realized a couple of things. One is that All my DIY Recipes contained about 20% of Flavorings/Sweeteners. Another is that an Extremely High Level of mg Accuracy is not Really Necessary. In that, an Average Vaper can Not tell the Difference between +/- .5mg like 18mg and 18.5mg e-liquids.

Making the Pre-Mix:
The Pre-Mix has the PG:VG Ratio that I like, 30%PG:70%VG, and a mg Level that is 20% Higher than my Desired vaping Level.

My target mg of the Finished Flavored / Sweetened e-liquid is 18mg. So what I make is 21.5mg Pre-Mix. This leaves about 20% of Space for Flavorings and Sweeteners. I use a Graduated Cylinder to Measure the 100mg Nicotine Base, the PG and the VG. I then Place the Pre-Mix in a 120ml Eye Dropper Topped Glass Bottle. I wear Gloves thru this Entire process.

Preparing the Dispensing Bottles:
I use 30ml Eye Dropper Topped Glass Bottles for my Dispensing Bottles. The Eye Dropper is perfect for Filling Carts, Filler or CE2 Type Cartos. I place a Mark at 10, 20 and 30ml on the Side of Each bottle Using a Blank Piece of P-Touch Label and a Sharpie Permanent Marker. It is Simple to do this by Measuring 10ml of Water in a Graduated Cylinder and then Pouring it into the Dispensing Bottle. Then place a Line at the Level of the Water. Repeat for the 20 or 30ml lines.

Doing the DIY:
To work up a DIY Recipe, I take the 21.5mg Premix and Fill a Dispensing Bottle up to the 10ml Line. I then add Drops of Flavoring /Sweeteners from their Respective Dropper Bottles. Yes, the Drop size may Differ Slightly do to Viscosity or Dropper Cross Sectional Size, but it Really Doesn't Matter. The Only thing that Matters is that they come from the Same Dropper Bottle each time. Here is a Typical Recipe

10ml 21.5mg Premix
18 Drops Watermelon
7 Drops Pineapple
2 Drops Cherry
11 Drop Sucralose

So by using this Method there is Nothing To Wash. You also are not Handling 100mg Nicotine Base Every Time you want to make a DIY Mixture.

Is the Final Mixture Exactly 18mg? No. But is mg Close Enough to have the Desired Nicotine Effect? Yes.
Is the Recipe Repeatable? Yes. Is the Recipe Scalable? Yes it is.

So if a Person wants a Very Easy way to do DIY without having to Wash a Sink Full of Lab Ware Every Time you make a DIY Mixture, you might consider trying this Technique.

If you don't mind Washing Syringes, Pipette, Graduated Cylinders or if you just Have to Have a +/- .01 ml Accuracy Level for all your Ingredients, then this Technique is Not for You.
