One question...

Are you going to want to make the Same mg level and the Same PG|VG ratio when you DIY?

The PG / VG ratio shouldn't change too much once I get it to where I like it (trying 60/40 tonight), but the nic level will change depending on who I am making the juice for.
I am quickly becoming the local hardware and juice vendor in my small town. :)
So, if I run into PG sensitivities, even the PG / VG ratio might occasionally change as well.

Why do you ask?

If you don't have 14 gauge needles for the VG you can heat it up a bit by placing your VG container in hot water. This will reduce viscosity and allow you to use smaller gauge needles.

Great tip, AzPlumber! Thanks a lot.
If it proves too thick, that's exactly what I will do.

This question is unrelated, but how does my trial PG / VG ratio sound (60/40)?
I am primarily a cartomizer user, so I'm a little concerned that this will be too thick to wick down into the filler!
But, at the same time, I would like a decent amount of VG.... I find the PG dries me out a little bit.

Any suggestions?
Thanks again for the input, Az!

Peace.

That ratio should work in most cartos, remember that the vg viscosity will thin as the carto warms up. If you have trouble with the intitial carto fill up, just warm your juice up a bit and it will absorb right in.

Because I know a DIY Technique for people who vape the Same mg / PG:VG Ratio that is Dead Simple. So Simple it makes me Chuckle when I hear of People buying Pipettes, Syringes and Erlenmeyer Flasks.

Not that I have anything against Lab Glassware.

I pre-mix my PG/VG into large bottles. I use 60/40 and 70/30. No need to mix them every time I DIY.

Do you make the Same mg / PG:VG ratio most of the time?

Haven't received that Nic yet. But I don't think I would mix the nic with them and waste it on bad batches. I am still a beginner ,so still testing batches.

It does take time to Develope Good Recipes and Techniques.

Do yourself a Favor and Keep Detailed and Accurate records of EVERYTHING you Mix. The Worst is to add Some of this and 4 Drops of that and have it turn out Great.

Only to find that you Can't Remember Exactly what you Added and How Much.

How do I write stuff down?? I thought about excel file ? Or do u use plain paper and pen?

I use pen and paper and then transfer to a spreadsheet when I'm done for the day. I have a column where I score the unsteeped joose from 1 to 10 so I can go back later and decide if I want to play with a mix some more.
