Every other day with dark and/or sweet juices... and sometimes every day with heavy use. Every 2nd or 3rd day with all others.

Running a .34Ω build in a Plume Veil on top of an Original Phantom Brass Stingray and the same build in a Mutation X residing atop a Stingray X, both wicked with rayon, I re-wick about once a week.

Personally I wear my shoes till they fall apart(I'm cheap like that). Wicks and socks on the other hand stay fresh, they're cheap get new when you get a bad taste.
