DSE 401 atomizers

Has anyone had any experience with these? The batteries look pretty good but the atomizer seems to be slightly different on the bridge/wick as it is higher? Harder draw as well. I only ask because they are a lot cheaper Is anyone selling the DSE401 as the M401 in the states?
